Rachel is the lively spirit behind On the Pond Fitness and Rentals. Her introduction to stand up paddle boarding (SUP) came in Hawaii in 2010 while vacationing with friends. One time was all it took for Rachel to know that SUP was coming to Utah because she would find a way to bring it here and share it. The only thing better than having something you're passionate about is having someone to share it with and that's when On the Pond Fitness and Rentals was born.
Since that time, Rachel has been certified to teach SUP and SUP Yoga from the incredible Jillian Gibree of Paddle into Fitness from San Diego, California. She is a yoga teacher certified through Infusion Yoga & Pilates, with the fantastic Corena Hammer from Bountiful, Utah.
Rachel is currently an adjunct professor at Weber State University teaching Intro to Stand up Paddle Boarding.
Rachel caters to every level of yogi and paddler to create a customized and memorable experience.
